Terms and Conditions

We want as many of our customers to try out the FLIR cameras as possible. They are quite special (and pricey) bits of tech — so we’re relying on you to return the camera to us as quickly as you can after you’ve tried it out.

When you borrow a FLIR camera from us, you agree to the following conditions:

You get it for 14 days, for free.

If we haven’t received the camera back after 20 days, we’ll charge you $1 per day for each day it hasn’t been returned.

While you’re borrowing the camera, you’re responsible for what happens to it and for returning it to us safely. If we don’t get the camera back after six weeks, we’ll send you a bill for a replacement camera (a cost of $250).

You’ll be patient with us — helping customers figure out where air is escaping out of their homes is something we’re really passionate about, we’re the only energy supplier to do something like this!
